So Hyun Chung, O.D., received her Doctor of Optometry from SUNY College of Optometry. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from SUNY Binghamton.

Dr. Chung is an experienced optometrist focused on providing comprehensive eye care. With 19 years of experience, she is committed to addressing patients’ eye care needs through attentive, patient-centered care.

Dr. Chung became an optometrist because it offered a practical way to combine her interest in science with her desire to serve others. She especially enjoys building relationships with patients and families within the community while helping them maintain healthy vision.

Dr. Chung speaks English as well as Korean and welcomes new patients for in-person appointments.
